Reciprocal Privileges
Skiing and snowboarding at other resorts can get costly, but Killington/Pico can help!
Resorts in the POWDR Corp family offer complimentary skiing to FT-12/FT-10, FTS & PTS Killington Resort & Pico Mountain employees and their eligible dependents.
Visiting an IKON resort? A Reciprocal letter can get FT-12/FT-10, FTS, & PTS employees 50% off a one-day lift ticket!
Even if the resort you want to visit isn't POWDR or IKON, a reciprocal letter can potentially result in a discount at the visiting resort!
Employees who have been laid-off in good standing are still eligible to receive a Reciprocal Privileges letter to any POWDR Resort. This applies to POWDR Resorts ONLY.
You must submit a reciprocal letter within two weeks of the day(s) you want the letter for. Any letter requested for more than two weeks in the future will automatically be denied.
The Human Resources office hours have changed for the season and we are now open Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
If you are looking to get reciprocal letters for a Saturday or Sunday, make sure you submit your requests before Friday at 3pm.
For more information about requesting reciprocal letters, and to submit your requests, click the button below!

Forgot Your Pass at Home?
You already know that if you've lost your employee pass, you get a new one in the Human Resources office. But if you forgot your employee pass at home, go to a ticket window and ask for a one-day employee forgot pass ticket.
You'll receive a temporary RFID card that you can use through the gates and for other employee discounts.
To reactivate your employee pass the next day, just take it through one of the lift gates, or call HR at (802) 422-6709 with your employee pass in hand.
The temporary RFID card is meant to only be used for the one day. It is NOT meant to replace your employee pass.
